Claimants can submit the death claim forms and supporting documents as per Bank’s Policy by way of E mail to – deathclaims@csb.bank.in.
The Bank will send acknowledgement/confirmation of such mails from the said E mail ID and the status of the claim/s can be tracked by way of sending E mail to the above mail ID.
