Referral Form

a. Vouchers will be issued only for successful and eligible referrals that meet program criteria

b. The referred customer must be a new customer and complete the specified product/service activation requirements

c. Voucher codes will be shared within 30 days of successful verification of the referred customer and completion of all eligibility requirements.

d. Duplicate, self, or fraudulent referrals will not qualify for rewards

e. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the referral program without prior notice
